Speaking to a massive crowd at the Iowa State Fairgrounds on the occasion of America’s 250th Independence Day, President Donald Trump delivered a sweeping address outlining his vision for the country’s future while taking credit for major global and domestic accomplishments.
Trump declared that he played a crucial role in bringing peace to the world by resolving five major international conflicts. Citing his intervention in preventing a potential nuclear confrontation between Pakistan and India, ending long-standing civil wars in Congo and Rwanda that claimed millions of lives, and mediating peace between Kosovo and Serbia, Trump asserted that his contributions make him the most deserving candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Criticizing the Nobel selection process, he questioned why the prize is often awarded to “unknown professors” instead of world leaders who, according to him, have tangibly advanced global peace.
Turning to domestic matters, Trump voiced strong support for American farmers, especially those dependent on seasonal migrant labor. He promised that if farmers provide assurances for these workers, they will be permitted to stay in the country legally.
He also announced what he described as the “largest deportation operation in American history,” aimed at removing millions of undocumented immigrants. Trump accused the previous administration of enabling mass illegal immigration, and pledged that his team is actively reversing this trend.
On the economic front, Trump championed his “Big Beautiful Bill Act” as a transformative initiative, claiming it has led to rising wages, declining inflation, and improved control over illegal immigration. He portrayed the U.S. economy under his leadership as stronger than ever before.
Touting America’s military supremacy, Trump declared that the U.S. now possesses the world’s most advanced armed forces, equipped with state-of-the-art planes and unmatched weaponry. He proudly shared that American aircraft had recently completed a record-breaking 37-hour flight—an achievement no other nation has matched.
Concluding his address, Trump emphasized his desire to return to office, expressing full confidence in securing another four-year term to “restore and elevate America’s greatness” even further.
