US Vice President JD Vance has clearly stated that the United States will not directly intervene in the recent tensions between Pakistan and India. He remarked that India launched an attack on Pakistan, to which Pakistan responded strongly, but it is a matter between the two nations, and the US has no justification for direct involvement.
In an interview with the American news channel “Fox News,” JD Vance stated that the US is working through diplomatic channels to maintain peace in South Asia and is striving to prevent further escalation. However, there will be no direct intervention at any stage of the conflict.
He emphasized that a nuclear confrontation between Pakistan and India would be devastating not only for the region but for the entire world. However, he noted that at present, the possibility of a nuclear war between the two countries seems unlikely.
During the interview, JD Vance also criticized former President Joe Biden’s foreign policies. He claimed that Biden’s administration had caused harm to the United States globally. In a sarcastic tone, he said, “If we need to consult on any European policy, we’ll certainly avoid consulting with Biden.”
JD Vance also expressed his views on the proposed trade agreement with the UK, the Ukraine-Russia war, the economic conflict with China, and the internal economic situation in the United States. He assured the American people that the current administration would make firm and national interest-based decisions on all these issues.
