The spirit of patriotism will be on full display as the Pakistan Association of Greater Houston (PAGH) hosts a vibrant Independence Day celebration on August 14, 2025.
Set to take place at 6:30 PM at the Pakistan Center (12638 Bissonnet St., Houston), the event will begin with a traditional Flag Hoisting Ceremony. The evening’s highlight will be a special talk by South Asia expert Michael Kugelman, who will offer insights into the evolving relationship between Pakistan and the United States.
Kugelman’s analysis comes at a time when regional diplomacy and global alliances are rapidly shifting, making his talk especially timely and relevant.
The event promises to be a meaningful gathering for families, students, professionals, and community leaders — all coming together to honor Pakistan’s journey and reflect on its future on the world stage.
