Two runaway goats in Washington found themselves “detained for baaaaaadddd behaviour” after causing chaos by chasing pedestrians, according to the Kent Police Department.
The police shared the amusing incident on Instagram, explaining that the mischievous duo was spotted in the northern part of the city, where they decided chasing people was a fun activity.
Police Share Lighthearted Pun-Filled Post
In their post, officers joked, “Don’t goat us wrong, they are very cute. But no kidding around, it’s not OK for people or goats to chase others.” They also claimed to have interrogated the goats, with one reportedly bleating, “I was just feeling a bit baaaaa-d today.”
Goats Sent to Animal Shelter
The playful pair wasn’t booked for their “nefarious acts” but were instead taken to the King County Animal Shelter. Officials are now working to locate their owner.
Goats and Their Unusual Antics
This isn’t the first time goats have made headlines for mischief. Last year, a goat in Cumbria, England, named Gary caused so much trouble on her farm that her owner resorted to giving her a mock “arrest” to maintain order.
These incidents prove that while goats may be adorable, they can certainly bring unexpected mayhem!
