In one of her videos, Kai plays a golf match against another golf YouTuber, GM Golf, who ultimately wins the 18-hole game by two shots. Her latest video is titled “Sunset Golf At My Favorite Course In The World!”, filmed at Trump’s Bedminster course in New Jersey. Throughout the video, Kai mimics her grandfather’s signature dance moves, adding a personal touch to the content.
Plans for the Future and College Commitment
Kai is a junior at The Benjamin School in Palm Beach County, Florida, where tuition costs $37,000 annually. Recently, she announced her commitment to play golf at the University of Miami, sharing her excitement on Instagram in August. Kai has been playing golf since the age of two, taking advantage of the opportunity to practice on her grandfather’s golf courses in Florida, California, New Jersey, and Scotland.
In her Instagram post, Kai expressed gratitude to her family for their support: “I would like to thank my mom, Vanessa, and my dad, Don, for always supporting me through my journey. I would also like to thank my Grandpa for giving me access to great courses and tremendous support,” she wrote. Kai also acknowledged her Mormor (grandmother) for always believing in her and thanked her coaches for helping her reach this point.

Kai made an appearance at the 2024 Republican National Convention, where she spoke about her grandfather, sharing a more personal side of Donald Trump. “I am the granddaughter of Donald Trump, and I’m speaking today to share the side of my grandpa that people don’t often see,” she said. She mentioned that he often calls her during school to check in on her golf game, though she has to remind him that she’s in class.
She also recalled how her grandfather tries to distract her with tricks during their golf games, but she always stays focused and never lets him get the best of her. “I have to remind him that I’m a Trump too,” she said with a smile.
Family Bonds and Celebrating Her Grandfather’s Achievements
Kai also celebrated her grandfather’s recent win in the 2024 presidential election, where he defeated Vice President Kamala Harris. Posting on Instagram, she wrote: “No one works harder or cares more about the American people. Congratulations Grandpa, I love you!” The post featured photos of her alongside Donald Trump and other family members, showcasing the close-knit bond they share.
