PULSE (Promoting Unity and Leadership for Social Empowerment) proudly announced the launch of its flagship initiative, the Pakistan Coaching Center, in strategic collaboration with the Pakistan Association of Greater Houston (PAGH). The announcement marks a major step in PULSE’s long-term commitment to youth empowerment, structured education, and sustainable community development.
The Pakistan Coaching Center is designed as a comprehensive empowerment platform that integrates academic excellence, cultural grounding, and future-ready skills for Houston’s Pakistani American youth.
PULSE Leadership: A Vision Grounded in Implementation
Speaking at the launch, Faysal Aziz Khan, President of PULSE, emphasized that the initiative reflects years of experience in program design and community-based development.

“This is not just an educational institute; it is a complete model. Our youth will remain connected to their roots while preparing for global success through modern education and advanced skills.”
He further shared that the first phase will serve hundreds of students, with expansion plans to scale the model across multiple centers in Houston
PULSE Executive Director Najia Ashar highlighted the organization’s implementation-focused approach.

“After today’s announcement, the real work begins. The Pakistan Coaching Center is entering its operational phase with structured curriculum, trained educators, modern learning systems, and continuous student progress tracking. We are not just teaching subjects. We are building confidence, leadership, and future readiness.”
Ashar also described that the center will operate with measurable outcomes, accountability systems, and long-term sustainability planning — aligning with PULSE’s broader mission to empower voices, build skills, and strengthen civic engagement.
A Structured Model for Youth Empowerment
The Pakistan Coaching Center will integrate:
- Urdu Language, Cultural Literacy, and Character Development
- STEM education including Mathematics, Science, IT, and Artificial Intelligence
- Leadership development and civic awareness
- Structured curriculum, trained instructors, and continuous performance monitoring
The initiative is intentionally designed to bridge identity and competitiveness — ensuring youth remain culturally grounded while gaining skills necessary for academic and professional success in the United States.
PAGH: A Pillar of Community Partnership
PAGH, widely recognized as a pillar of the Pakistani community in Houston, brings institutional leadership and decades of community trust to this collaboration.
PAGH President Siraj Narsi described the initiative as the fulfillment of a long-standing community need.

“We have seen our children succeed, but they needed a center where they could stay connected to their identity, language, and values. The Pakistan Coaching Center is the result of that vision.”
PAGH General Secretary Aamir Askari Zaidi shared a message reinforcing the shared commitment behind the partnership.
“When PAGH partnered with PULSE, our goal was clear to strengthen the future of the next generation. Today, that vision is becoming reality.”
A Community Investment in the Next Generation
Community members attending the Sehri program described the announcement as historic, signaling a structured and sustainable approach to youth development within Houston’s Pakistani American population.
Organizers say the Pakistan Coaching Center is designed to serve as a scalable model — blending identity preservation with competitive academic preparation and leadership development.

As Ramadan brings reflection and renewal, PULSE and PAGH leaders expressed hope that this initiative will mark the beginning of a generational shift — one that equips Houston’s youth with confidence, competence, and a strong sense of belonging.
The Pakistan Coaching Center is expected to begin its first operational phase later this year.
