The Society of Foreign Consuls (SoFC) convened its third Executive Committee meeting today at the Consulate General of Pakistan in New York.
The meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Amir Farid Abu Hasan, Consul General of Malaysia, and Mr. Aamer Ahmed Atozai, Consul General of Pakistan, with representatives from South Africa, Malaysia, the Philippines, Georgia, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Serbia, and Argentina in attendance.
Discussions focused on upcoming initiatives and key programs, with particular emphasis on preparations for the Society’s 100th Anniversary Gala Dinner, a landmark event celebrating a century of diplomatic contributions in New York.
In his welcoming remarks, Consul General Aamer Ahmed Atozai reaffirmed Pakistan’s strong commitment to diplomatic collaboration and underscored the Consulate’s support for the Society’s initiatives aimed at fostering mutual understanding and cooperation among consular missions in New York.
