Onija Robbins, an American citizen, departed for the United States on Emirates flight EK 603, with assistance from Karachi Airport authorities, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), and local police.

Authorities Facilitate Departure
Special assistance was provided to Robbins as she prepared to leave Karachi. Despite earlier reluctance to return home, coordinated efforts ensured a smooth and efficient departure process.
A Love Story That Took an Unexpected Turn
Robbins, a mother of two from the U.S., arrived in Karachi on October 11 after forming an online relationship with 19-year-old Nidal Memon, a resident of Garden area. She traveled to Pakistan hoping to marry him, but the relationship faced family opposition, leaving her stranded when her visit visa expired.
Struggles and Resistance to Leaving
A few days before her departure, Robbins was escorted to the departure lounge by airport security after a 36-minute flight delay. U.S. consulate officials met with her but failed to convince her to return, as she reportedly refused assistance, booked an online taxi, and left the airport on her own. According to airport sources, Robbins was granted a 15-day permit to stay outside the airport, extending her time in Karachi.
Final Departure
After months of uncertainty, Robbins finally left Karachi and returned to the U.S., bringing an end to a love story that captured public attention.
