The city came alive with color, music, and culture as three major parades took place back-to-back: the Dominican Day Parade in Manhattan, the Ecuadorian Parade in Queens, and the Pakistan Independence Day Mela in Brooklyn.

Crowds gathered along the routes to enjoy festive floats, traditional performances, and community celebrations. From the rhythms of the Dominican Republic to Ecuadorian cultural pride and Pakistan’s Independence Day spirit, each parade showcased the city’s diversity.

Throughout the day, New York’s Finest – the NYPD – marched alongside participants, ensuring the safety and smooth flow of all events while joining in the celebratory atmosphere.
