In an effort to assist overseas Pakistanis in navigating legal matters related to property and inheritance in their home country, the Consulate General of Pakistan in New York, in partnership with All About Inc., has announced a free online legal webinar titled “Real Estate and Inheritance in Pakistan: A Legal Guide for Overseas Pakistanis.”
Scheduled for June 15, 2023, the webinar will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern Time and will be conducted in an online format, making it accessible to a wide audience across the United States and beyond.
The session is designed to offer practical legal insights into the processes of buying, selling, and managing real estate in Pakistan. It will also cover the complexities of inheritance laws, a topic of significant importance for expatriates dealing with family estates or property distribution.
One of the highlights of the event will be a live Q&A session with legal experts from Pakistan, allowing attendees to address specific concerns and seek guidance tailored to their situations.
This initiative is aimed at empowering members of the Pakistani diaspora with the legal knowledge required to make informed decisions regarding their assets in Pakistan.
